Now, don't come thinking this is a means of lashing out, no it's a means of sharing our experiences as Bankers. Especially for the Customer facing ones among us. Unlike every other type of Business, Banking has a peculiarity when it comes to Customer Service. You just have to listen to the Customer and provide a solution, no matter how inconvenient it is for you.
Like every other business, Customer Service is the integral part of Business, and we can be fair enough to agree that without customers, a Business cannot strive.
When it comes to banks, keeping your customers is all the gospel being preached, because a customer's grievance can be your downfall. Customers are to be treated in a delicate manner and they are to be given royal treatments.
The general perception that most people have about bank staff is dishonesty. People complain a lot about the insincerity in charges, the inexplainable debits and all. It's expected, if I was not a banker I will have the same idea. I had such experiences back in school, but I know better now.
I want to use this platform to share some experiences; mine and a few colleagues, and also explain some bank charges people really have issues with.
I also want to use this platform to educate people about banking in general, those that want banking as a career are also welcome, as I will be giving updates on vacancies in the Banking world, and also discuss career growth, certifications to be taken to stand a chance... And yes, there are also some lucrative aspect of banking.. We have the REAL Bankers.
Grab a seat and let me take you on an adventure through my experience in Banking but first what's your perception about Bankers?
Drop your comments.
Cheers
